EWEF (East-West International Education Academy) ENROLLMENT DEADLINES/PROCESS 2019-2020 INFORMATION

.

INFORMATION FOR NEW FAMILIES

On August 1, 2019, a lottery will be held to fill all known open spaces for the 2019-2020 school year. Spaces will be filled by lot from all applicants in the applicant pool with a completed Application Form for a specific grade level. Preference will be given to siblings of current students and children of staff members. Once a student has accepted a space in the school, sibling preference applies for other siblings in that family. Students admitted to EWEA (East-West International Education Academy) will be placed in the appropriate grade based on their age and previous schooling. EWEA (East-West International Education Academy) will not accept a student for kindergarten unless they are at least five years old by September 1, 2019 of the school year in which they start kindergarten.

FOR CURRENT FAMILIES
(Currently for the 2019-2020 School Year, this does not apply)
Students will be automatically enrolled for the 2020-2021 school year unless their parents notify the school that the student will not attend EWEF (East-West International Education Academy) next year. EWEF (East-West International Education Academy) will honor sibling and staff preferences if openings are available in a class and an Application Form has been returned to the school
